Returning goods
Are you not satisfied with your purchase? Then you can return the item within 30 days after delivery in its original condition (with track & trace). As soon as we have received the item, we will refund the purchase price. All returns must be registered via our customer service.
I received a defective item:
In case of a defective item, please contact our customer service immediately and include the following:
- Your order number
- Which item is damaged
- A description of the problem
- Photo evidence
Did your package arrive damaged? Please take a photo and send it to our customer service within 7 days of delivery. Without proof of damage via our customer service, we cannot arrange a refund, credit note or replacement. If the customer's request is approved, the customer will receive the originally ordered item at his or her home address.
I received the wrong item:
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer service immediately and provide the following information:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you did not receive
- The name of the item you did receive
- A photo of the item received
Exchange:
Unfortunately, exchanging is not possible. If you want a different product, return the current item and place a new order.
For defective products:
Did your item arrive damaged or defective? Then the return shipping is free. Contact us to receive a shipping label.
If you want to return an item:
If you have ordered the wrong product, chosen the wrong size or changed your mind, the return costs are at your own expense.
